How often do Online Stamping Retreat occur?
Our online stamping retreats are twice a year: Spring and Fall
What if I can't participate during the live stream?
No worries! After each live demonstration, the replay becomes available on our custom platform so you can watch the replay at a time that’s best for you.
What stamps and supplies do I need?
Upon registration you are granted access to cutting dimensions and a complete supply list that will be used for live demonstrations.
All projects were designed to allow you to use any stamps, inks, and cardstock you may already have. No additional purchases will be necessary for you to have fun.
How do I use the live chat feature during the live demonstrations?
We have an unpaid partnership with YouTube to host all six (6) of our live demonstrations on their platform.
It is a requirement of YouTube to be logged in to a Gmail account to actively comment during a live stream or to leave a comment afterwards. Creating a Gmail account is both FREE and easy. CLICK HERE TO START.
How do I enter into the retreat giveaways?
Upon registration you are automatically entered into each of our twenty-four (24) giveaways*. Best part? You don’t have to watch live to win!
*If you reside outside of the United States or Australia and are drawn as a winner, a digital giveaway will be sent.
My login/password isn't working. Help!
To reset your login/password, click on the “login” button on the top right of this website. Underneath the credentials is a password reset option. If this method ceases to work, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist!
With a full day of stamping, what happens if I can't keep up?
No worries at all! We know everyone stamps at a different pace which is why we provide a PDF tutorial after each demonstration with a list of supplies, cutting dimensions, and step-by-step instructions so you can stamp at a pace that is comfortable and fun for you. In addition, you can also replay all the live demonstrations through our custom platform by logging into your account.
Can you print and mail me the Digital PDF Tutorial Booklet?
We require you to have the knowledge to open, download, and print any PDF tutorials given. We are unable to print and mail PDF tutorials to you.
In addition, we have designed the Digital PDF Tutorial Booklet (approx. 125 pages) as a digital guide. It is not meant to be printed, but if you choose to do so, we recommend only printing 1 project at a time.
Can I purchase the retreat as a gift?
Definitely! Please email CLICK HERE to purchase the retreat as a gift. During the checkout process, include the receiver’s first & last name and their email address so we can make sure to reach out to them with login information for the event.
Can I register if I'm a Stampin' Up! demonstrator?
Absolutely! We love sharing ideas with other demonstrators and we’d be honored to have you join in on all the fun.
Can I register if I reside outside of the USA or Australia?
Yes! We’d love to have you join us from wherever you reside.
Can I purchase a past retreat?
Unfortunately no. Retreats are only available for registration during the registration period twice a year.
We sometimes make retreats available for a week’s time after the event has concluded for FOMO reasons (Fear Of Missing Out)
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are final and no refunds can be provided.
